We ship globally to racers and bashers worldwide (serving all regions except some remote areas in Asia). Our goal is to get your parts to you quickly and securely.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Expedited Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Ideal for racers who need parts quickly for upcoming events or builds.
  • Free Economy Shipping (Free on orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • A cost-effective option for planned upgrades and non-urgent parts.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our pit crew is here to help.

Key Return Details

  • Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt is required.
  • Initiation: All returns must start with an email to our returns department.

What Can Be Returned (✅ Eligible)

  • Unused Ascender and Ascent-18 kits in sealed boxes.
  • Bodies and Scale Bodies (unpainted and undamaged).
  • Cars & Trucks (RTR or kits) with all parts present and unassembled.
  • Bearings, Electronics, and Engine Parts in original, unopened packaging.
  • Drag Racing Parts and EB48/ET48 components in new condition.
  • Batteries only if defective upon arrival (see special instructions below).

âš ī¸ What Cannot Be Returned (❌ Non-Returnable)

For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or Used Batteries (LiPo, LiFe, NiMH) due to safety regulations and chemical hazards.
  • Battery Chargers with broken seals or any signs of use.
  • Custom-Painted Bodies or modified scale bodies.
  • Opened Bearings or consumable engine parts.
  • Software-activated Electronics where the license has been registered.
  • Items damaged due to racing, bashing, or improper installation.

Note on Defective Batteries: May be exchanged within 7 days of delivery with video proof of the issue. Contact us immediately.

  2. Receive Your RMA: Our returns team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours. Do not ship without an RMA.
  3. Pack Securely: Include all original items, packaging, manuals, and a copy of your RMA number inside the box.
  4. Ship to Warehouse: Send your return to our Miami facility using a trackable shipping service:

💰 The Finish Line: Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Timeline & Methods

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after your return is inspected and approved.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fees for items returned in original, new condition.
  • International Refunds: All refunds are issued in USD. Currency conversion is handled by your financial institution.

🔄 Exchange Options

Prefer a different part? We’ll expedite exchanges for:

  • A different size or color of the same item.
  • An alternative product of equal or greater value (price difference will be charged or refunded).
  • Store credit for future purchases of Ascender upgrades, drag racing parts, electronics, or any other gear.

We cover standard shipping costs for replacement items.

⚡ Special Cases & International Racers

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item (like a faulty bearing) or the wrong part (e.g., EB48 instead of ET48), contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and priority processing. For time-sensitive racing parts, we may ship your replacement immediately to keep your build on schedule.

Global Return Notes

For our worldwide community:

  • Return shipping to our Miami facility is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Customs duties and taxes on returned items are non-refundable.
  • Please allow extra time for international shipping and customs inspections.
