By accessing our site and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our shop is designed for the global RC racing and bashing community, offering precision parts for serious enthusiasts and competitors.

1. Our Identity & Your Agreement

Traxxas Shop is operated from 3793 Steve Hunt Road, Miami, FL 33169, USA. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the “Customer”) and Traxxas Shop (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Product & Service Description

2.1 What We Sell

We specialize in high-performance RC components, including but not limited to:

• Complete Kits & Vehicles: Ascender, Ascent-18, Cougar, EB48, ET48 kits, and Cars & Trucks (RTR or kit form).
• Performance Parts: Drag Racing Parts, Engine Parts, Bearings, Electronics.
• Supporting Components: Batteries, Battery Chargers, Bodies (unpainted).

All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustrative purposes. Specifications may be updated for performance improvements.

2.2 Who We Serve

We ship globally to racers and bashers worldwide, excluding some remote areas in Asia. By placing an order, you confirm you are located in a serviced region and that importing RC components is legal in your country.

3. User Obligations & Responsibilities

As a valued member of our racing community, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information for all orders and account registrations.
• Use the website and products in a lawful manner, adhering to all local RC regulations and safety standards.
• Understand that LiPo, LiFe, and NiMH batteries are hazardous materials and require special care. You are responsible for their safe handling, usage, charging, and disposal according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Not attempt to return items that are explicitly non-returnable (see Section 7).
• Pay any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country’s authorities. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

4. Ordering & Payment Terms

4.1 Placing an Order

Adding an item to your cart is an invitation to treat. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is captured at the time of order processing.

4.3 Order Processing & Shipping

• Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
• Shipping Methods:
  1. Standard Expedited ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
  2. Free Economy (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
• You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our policy is designed for fairness and speed, mirroring our commitment to your build schedule.

5.1 Return Window & Condition

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, manuals, and accessories. Proof of purchase is required.

5.2 Eligible vs. Non-Returnable Items

✅ Eligible for Return: Unused kits in sealed boxes, unpainted bodies, unassembled vehicles, unopened bearings/electronics/parts, defective batteries (within 7 days with video proof).

❌ Non-Returnable:

• Opened or used batteries (safety hazard).
• Battery chargers with broken seals.
• Custom-painted or modified bodies.
• Opened bearings or consumable engine parts.
• Software-activated electronics with registered licenses.
• Items damaged from racing, bashing, or improper installation.

5.3 The Return Process (“The Race Line”)

1. Initiate: Email [email protected] within 15 days.
2. RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship without it.
3. Ship: Send the securely packed item with the RMA inside to our Miami address using a trackable service. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is defective/incorrect.
4. Inspection & Resolution: We inspect within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds or replacements are processed within 48 hours of approval.

5.4 Refunds

• Timeline: 3-5 business days after approval.
• Method: Refund to original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
• Restocking Fee: None for items in new condition.
• International refunds are issued in USD.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (logos, text, images, product designs) is the property of Traxxas Shop or our suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. The trademarks “Ascender,” “ET48,” “Cougar,” etc., are property of their respective owners. You may not use our site’s content for commercial purposes without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Traxxas Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, including loss of profits or data, or downtime at racing events.
• Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to acts beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including pandemics, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
• You assume all risk associated with the assembly, operation, and maintenance of RC vehicles. Always follow safety guidelines.

8. General Provisions

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Severability: If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remainder remains in full force.
